Remove the mesh or baffle filters, depending on the range hood that
was purchased.

CHARCOAL FILTER INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT
The placement of the charcoal filter varies depending on the model. In
some models that only require 1 charcoal filter, the opening is in the
middle of the motor. For models that require 2 charcoal filters, the
openings are positioned on the sides of the motor. If you have any
