Intended Use The Strongway 3000-Lb. Vehicle Positioning Jack set maneuvers vehicles in any direction on 4 strong casters. Using two jacks permits a full 180° vehicle pivot; using 4 jacks places the vehicle on a 360° rolling platform. Technical Specifications Property Size of Caster (in.) Construction Wheel Capacity (lb.) Specification 4 A3 Steel Handles Wheels Up to 12” 1500 Per Jack Important Safety Information ⚠WARNING Read and understand all instructions.
Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the tool. Do not allow children to handle the product. Be aware of all power lines, electrical circuits, water pipes, and other mechanical hazards in your work area. Some of these hazards may be hidden from your view and may cause personal injury and/or property damage if contacted. ⚠WARNING PERSONAL SAFETY Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating the tool.
Use only on a hard, level surface. Before moving, lower the load to the lowest possible point. Apply load as close to the vertical portion of the lifting member as possible. Before moving the load, assure that the load is centered and secured with a load restraint device. No alterations should be made to this jack set. Failure to heed these markings may result in personal injury and/or property damage. Operating Instructions ⚠WARNING Do not exceed the rated load capacity.
2. Pull the lock pin out from the frame. 3. Before operation, open the release valve by turning the hand-wheel counter-clockwise. Expand the jack with the hand-wheel to place the rollers around the tire; position the jack so both rollers are in contact with the tire tread. To obtain the best control of the jack while expanding the rollers around the tire, place your left hand on top of the left side axle and place your right hand at the center of the pedal.
4. Install the jack so that the unit is parallel to the sidewall of the tire to be lifted. Leave approximately 3/4" of clearance between tire and jack. This is very important: If the unit is misaligned, the tire may hit the axle of the jack and not the rollers. This may damage the jack and void the warranty. 5. To lift the tire, flip the directional lever up, then place a foot on the pedal, depressing the pedal with smooth, even strokes.
Maintenance Maintain the jack set by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule.
