Intended Use This Strongway 500-Lb. Rapid Lift Hydraulic Table is a hydraulic scissor lift table with an easy footpedal operation. Reference 4 5 Subassembly Casters Cylinder Assembly Instructions ⚠WARNING Use at least two people to lift out of the box. 1. Assemble the handle. Slide the ends of the handle (4) into the handle slots on the base and secure with a hex bolt. 2. Install the foot pedal. Insert the pump lever (34) with the foot pedal (35) into the connecting rod and secure with a bolt.
Before Each Use ⚠WARNING Inspect the general condition of the table. Do not use lift table if damaged. Replace damaged parts before resuming operation. Test the cart operation by using the foot pedal and control lever. Make sure the table raises and lowers properly before adding weight to the table. Before raising the table top, lock the casters. Operating Instructions ⚠WARNING Do not exceed the rated load capacity. Be aware of dynamic loading.
Lower the table. The control lever controls the operation of the hydraulic pump unit. To lower the pump and table, squeeze the control lever. When the control lever is released, the pump and table movement will stop and the table will remain stationary. Make sure the bars lock in place and squeeze the control level (9). After Each Use ⚠WARNING To prevent accidents when finished using the cart, move the cart to a safe location and lock the locking swivel casters.
Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures.
