Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
Water is leaking from a hose connection.
Tighten the leaking connection. If necessary, check
whether the threads are stripped or not.
Water is leaking from the hose. Check the hose for damage. Repair or replace the hose.
Hose is not retracting.
Check that the hose is not stuck on an obstacle. Check
both reel bearings for dirt or damage. If necessary,
lubricate the bearings with 1 ml of silicone oil.
