Assembly Instructions
Refer to the parts diagram for the following assembly instructions.
1. Locate the second Table Board (A2) and turn it upside down. Set the second Table Board (A2)
onto the Leg (R) (5) & Leg (L) (6). Secure the Leg (R) & Leg (L) with the Table Board (A2) with a
Screw (4) and Nut (7). See Figure A.
2. Turn the cart upside down. Attach two Casters (13) with the Swivel Caster Brackets (14) using a
Nut (12) and Screw (11), if necessary. Thread a Screw (16) through the Table Board (A2) and into
the Casters (13). Attach one Washer (9) and one Nut (10) for each hole. See Figure A.
3. Attach another two Casters (13) with the Fixed Caster Brackets (15) using a Nut (12) and Screw
(11), if necessary. Thread a Screw (8) through the Table Board (A2) and into the Casters (13).
Attach one Washer (9) and one Nut (10) for each hole. See Figure A.
4. Locate a Leg (L) (6). Place one on the Desk Plate (A1) corner nearest the Handle, and place one
on the diagonal corner located on the outside of the Desk Plate (A1) as in the assembly diagram.
Make certain that the end with the screw holes is facing upward. Using a rubber mallet, tap the
Leg (L) (6) down into the Desk Plate (A1). See Figure B.
5. Place one Desk Plate (A1) upside down on the work surface. Locate both of the Leg (R) (5)
pieces. Place one on the Desk Plate (A1) corner nearest the Handle, and place one on the
diagonal corner located on the outside of the Desk Plate (A1), as in the assembly diagram. Make
certain that the end with the screw holes is facing upward. Using a rubber mallet, tap the Leg (R)
(5) down into the Desk Plate (A1). Note: Position the Leg (R) so that the flange in each matches
the space in the Desk Plate (A1). See Figure B.
6. Insert Screws (3) down through each Leg (R) (5) and Leg (L) (6) and into the Desk Plate (A1).
7. Make certain that both Trays are facing the same way. Place the two Swivel Caster Brackets on
the same side of the Desk Plate (A1) as the Handle. Place the two Fixed Caster Brackets on the
other side of the Desk Plate (A1).
8. Turn the cart upright. Make certain that all hardware is tight. Make certain that the Fixed Casters
and Swivel Casters roll properly. See Figure C.
