Use only on a hard level surface.
Inspect before each use. Do not use if parts are damaged.
Assembly Instructions
Refer to the parts diagram for the following assembly instructions.
1. Place one Tray (2) upside down on the work surface. Locate the Handle (1). Turn it upside down
with the cup holder toward the Tray (2) and the hand holes on the outside. Using a rubber mallet,
tap the Handle (1) down into the grooves on the Tray (2). See Figure A.
2. Locate the LH Post (3). Place one on the Tray (2) corner nearest the Handle (1), and place one
on the diagonal corner located on the outside of the Tray (2) as in the Assembly diagram. Make
certain that the end with the screw holes is facing upward. Using a rubber mallet, tap the LH Post
(3) down into the Tray (2). Note: Position the Post so that the flange in each matches the space in
the Tray (2). See Figure A.
3. Locate the RH Post (4). Place one on the Tray (2) corner nearest the Handle (1), and place one
on the diagonal corner located on the outside of the Tray (2), as in the assembly diagram. Make
certain that the end with the screw holes is facing upward. Using a rubber mallet, tap the Post (4)
down into the Tray (2). See Figure A.
4. Inserts Screws (11), Nut (12) and Screw (13) down through each LH Post (3) and RH Post (4)
and into the Tray (2)
5. Locate the second Tray (5) and turn it upside down. Set the second Tray (5) onto the LH Post (3)
and RH Post (4) making certain that both Trays are facing the same way. Insert the Carriage Bolt
(6) down through the Tray (5) and into each LH Post (3) and RH Post (4). See Figure A.
6. Attach a Caster (7) to each of the two Brackets with a washer (8) and secure in place with a Nut
(9). See Figure A.
7. Turn the cart upright. Install Column (L) (19) and Column(R) (20) on each side with a Screw (23),
and then attach to the LH Post (3) and RH Post (4).
8. Attach a Bin Support Bracket (16) on to Column (L) (19) and Column (R) (20) on each side with a
Screw (21) and Nut (22). See Figure B.
9. Install the Vertical Support Bracket (17) on the Bin Support Bracket (16) with a Screw (18). See
Figure B.
10. Put a Small Storage Bin (14) and Large Storage Bin (15) onto the Bracket. See Figure B.
11. Make certain that all hardware is tight. Make certain that the Fixed Casters and Swivel Casters
roll properly.
