Intended Use The Strongway 55-Gallon Tilting Drum Ring allows you to tip and pour 55-gallon steel drums with your forklift. The pivoting fork pockets allow you to tip and empty your drum. The welded steel construction provides durable strength with a long lasting powder-coat finish. Specific Operation Warnings ⚠WARNING Do not exceed the rated load capacity. Use on a flat, hard, level surface. Assembly Instructions 1. Assemble Hoop 2 (#8) and Hoop 3 (#15) on Hoop 1 (#14), using the Hoop Axis (#13) and Cotter (#9). 1. Assemble the Control Handle Assembly on Hoop 2 (#8), using the M6 bolt (#1) and M6 Nut (#3).
2. Assemble the Fork Pocket (#11) on Hoop 2 and Hoop 3, using the M16 Nut (#12). 3. Assemble the T Handle (#10) on the Fork Pocket (#11). Operating Instructions 1. Place the tilting drum ring on a forklift fork and tighten with the T Handle (#10).
2. Place the ring on a drum. Lock with the locking latch. 3. Move the drum. Maintenance Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule.
