Intended Use The Strongway 30 Inch Misting Wall-Mount Fan is ideal for home, greenhouses, gardens, and other areas that can benefit from a misting fan.

Do not use the fan near a water source such as a swimming pool, bathtub, or shower. • Be sure the fan is properly grounded. • Do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device. • Only plug the unit into a power outlet with the same voltage as rated voltage of it.

Grounded Tools: Tools with 3-Prong Plugs Tools marked with Grounding Required have a 3-wire cord and 3-prong grounding plug. The plug must be connected to a properly grounded outlet. If the tool should electrically malfunction or break down, grounding provides a low resistance path to carry electricity away from the user, reducing the risk of electric shock. (See Figure A.
• If you are using one extension cord for more than one tool, add the nameplate amperes and use the sum to determine the required minimum cord size. • If you are using an extension cord outdoors, make sure it is marked with the suffix W-A (W in Canada) to indicate it is acceptable for outdoor use. • Make sure your extension cord is properly wired and in good electrical condition. Always replace a damaged extension cord or have it repaired by a qualified electrician before using it.
Note: Use the mounting accessories provided for mounting.

Remove four sets of hexagonal nuts, spring washers, and big washers from the motor. Save them for step 2. 3. Attach the rear guard (4) to the screws found on the motor and then secure them together using four bowl washers (1), four spring washers (2), and four nuts (3) from step 2.
4. Assemble fan blade(2) onto the motor shaft by tightening two screws(1)which are located on the fan blades. Make sure the screws are tightly secured. 5. Assemble the front guard (1) to the rear guard (2) by attaching both guards together with clips.
6. Secure the assembly on the front guard and rear guard by tightening the screw(1) and nut (2) on the bottom position of each. 7. Hang the fan head on the bracket and fasten it with a screw, a connecting plate, a washer, a spring washer, and a nut.Fasten the screw that holds the vertical fan head on the bracket. Attach the knob for adjusting the tilt angle of the fan head.
8. Loosen the washer nut(1) and adjust until the fan head is at the desired angle. Tighten the washer nut. 9. Insert the screw (1) through the upper bracket.Connect the lower bracket to the upper bracket with a screw(1).Fasten the two bracketswith a spring washer (2) and hexagon nut(3).
10. Connect the misting switch (1) to the water pipe (2) and tighten it. Turn the switch (open) to open the misting function. Turn the switch (close) to close the misting function.

Misting Nozzle Maintenance If the misting nozzles become clogged, remove them from grill and washthem by water. Use a nonmetallic brush to scrub them if necessary, if theobstacle still exists, use the replacement nozzle or contact the customerservice for assistance.
Troubleshooting Use the table below to troubleshoot problems before contacting service personnel or your local dealer. If the problem continues after troubleshooting, call your local dealer for assistance. Symptom Possible Cause(s) Fan may not be plugged in. There may be some obstructions in the fan.
