Intended Use Strongway’s Drum Lifter and Palletizer has a gas-spring design suitable for handling any upright rimmed-steel and plastic drum. The V-shaped base drum mover can raise and place a drum at the corner of pallets. The drum carrier can be used for 55 gallon steel drums and 210 liter plastic drums. Specific Operation Warnings ⚠WARNING Do not exceed the rated load capacity. Use on a flat, hard, level surface. Do not push the drum when operating the product. Assembly Instructions 1. Assemble the casters on the base.
2. Assemble the poles on the base. 3. Assemble the handle assembly and the air spring on the poles.
4. Assemble the hook assembly on the handle assembly. Operating Instructions 1. Lift the handle.
2. Use the three hooks to clamp the drum. 3. Pull the handle to the horizontal position and the drum will be lifted. You can now move it. Maintenance Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
