Intended Use The Strongway Wood Deck Platform Cart makes it easy to transport loads up to 2000 lb. The two swivel and two fixed casters provide easy maneuvering. This platform cart is ideal for transporting bulky loads in manufacturing settings. The handle is removable which makes it easy to store.
⚠WARNING WORK AREA SAFETY Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of clutter, and well-lit. Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury. Using the product in confined work areas may put you dangerously close to cutting tools and rotating parts. Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the tool. Do not allow children to handle the product.
Do not use to transport people or animals. Do not use to sit or ride on cart. Before moving the load, ensure that the load is centered and properly secured. Do not move unstable loads. Do not use a damaged cart or a cart that is not working properly. Main Parts of Cart Subassembly Handle Caster Wood Platform Handle Connector Assembly Instructions Use a flat washer, a Phillips bolt M8*55, and a locking cap M8 to install the two rigid casters on the wood platform near the handle.
Use a flat washer, a Phillips bolt M8*55, and a locking cap M8 to install the handle connector on the wood platform. Use a Hexagon bolt M8*50 and a locking cap M8 to install the handle to the handle connector.
Operating Instructions ⚠WARNING Do not exceed the rated load capacity of 2000 lb. Use only on a hard, level surface. Do not use to transport people or animals. Do not use to sit or ride on cart. Before moving the load, ensure that the load is centered and properly secured. Do not move unstable loads. Do not use a damaged cart or a cart that is not working properly. Place the load on the platform cart and use the handle to move the cart.
Troubleshooting Use the table below to troubleshoot problems before contacting service personnel or your local dealer. If the problem continues after troubleshooting, call your local dealer for assistance. Failure The cart does not move smoothly. Possible Cause Bolts and locking caps are loose. Corrective Action Secure all bolts and locking caps.
