To View Options:

HOME screen

The HOME screen is where most user interaction will take place. Up to three handpieces may be displayed on the

screen simultaneously. When the console is initially turned on, the console settings are factory default settings until a

user preference file is selected or the settings are manually modified.

Attached Handpieces

Three handpieces may

be attached to the

console and two may

be operated simulta-

neously.

Handpiece Operating Area

View and modify key

handpiece settings.

Console Operating Area

Access key console

functions.

View User Preference File Name

View name of file that contains

handpiece settings for a specific

procedure, for example,

ACL surgery.

View Handpiece Name

View name of active

handpiece. Three

handpieces may be

connected and

displayed. Two

powered handpieces may

be operated from the same

console, simultaneously.

View Cutting Accessory or

Attachment Name

View cutting accessory or

attachment name if the

handpiece, accessory and/or

attachment have recognition

capability.

View Option Settings

View option settings such as irrigation,

footswitch control, and fixed or variable

RPM. All of these settings may be

modified.
