No charging from
the USB port
The USB cable is damaged or
not securely attached.
Replace the USB cable or try
reconnect it again.
Wireless charging is
slow
There is a protective case on
the surface of the smart phone.
Take off the protective case from
the smart phone.
No charging from
wireless pads
Device is not in correct position . Move the device around the
wireless pad until the wireless
charging indicator light.
The device does not support
wireless charging.
Change to use USB charging port
Unit gets warm after
extended play at
high volume
This is normal.
Turn the unit off for a period
of time or lower volume.
