Stufurhome faucet 10 Year Warranty
We have complete confidence in this Stufurhome product & as such it is offered with a 10-year
warranty.
The warranty requires that this product be used in the manner for which it was intended & that it
is installed by a qualified & competent installer according to local water bylaws.
The tap should be maintained in accordance with the fitting instructions. Always flush out the
pipework before installing. In the unlikely event that this product should fail during the warranty
period we will either replace the faulty part or the complete unit as appropriate.
Terms & Conditions
• The warranty covers against defects in manufacture & for use in domestic applications only.
• It is available to the original purchaser only & is not transferable.
• Proof of purchase showing date & place of purchase must be retained by the customer.
• It does not include labour costs or wear & tear including surface finish deterioration due to
Inappropriate cleaning.
• Shower hoses & shower handsets are excluded & covered by statutory warranty period only.
• The warranty is invalidated should the product be damaged by water borne debris.
• The faucet cartridge is warranted for 10 years against defects in manufacture. Should the
performance of the cartridge be affected by lime-scale build up it should be cleaned or a
replacement purchased from the Stufurhome customer service team.
• The warranty only covers products which are installed in a manner that provides access for
the purpose of maintenance, replacement or inspection.
• Installations which have not been inspected & tested for leaks or obvious defects
immediately after installation are excluded.
• If faults found are not resolved by replacement parts, at our discretion we will either refund
the purchase price or send new goods to you as a replacement. This shall constitute our sole
obligation under this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect the item before repair or refund.
• We reserve the right to improve the specification of our products. Should an identical
product be not available we will supply the nearest equivalent from our current range.
• This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
