Assembly 1 Assemble the top □ □ Securely screw four cam bolts (AA) into the designated small holes on the top panel (A). Attach the top rail (H) to the top panel (A) with three long screws (HH). NOTE: Do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling. Once assembled, go back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier. 2 □ □ □ Arrange the side and side verticals Securely screw eighteen cam bolts (AA) into the designated small holes on the left side (B) and right side (C).
Assembly (continued) 4 □ □ □ Arrange the upper shelf and middle shelf, and assemble the bottom Securely screw four cam bolts (AA) into the designated small holes on the upper shelf (E) and middle shelf (F), and insert eight wood dowels (CC) into the upper shelf (E) and middle shelf (F). Securely screw two cam bolts (AA) into the designated small holes on the bottom (G), and insert eight wood dowels (CC) into the bottom (G) and bottom rail (J).
Assembly (continued) 7 Assemble the small back □ □ Align the large holes on the partition (D) with the inserted wood dowels and attach the small back (K). Repeat to attach another small back (K). 8 Assemble the right side □ Align the large holes on the right side (C) with the inserted wood dowels and attach the upper shelf (E), middle shelf (F) and bottom (G) to the right side (C) with seven cam locks (BB). 9 Assemble the left side □ Repeat to assemble the left side (B).
Assembly (continued) 10 Assemble the top □ Position the top panel (A) onto the inserted wood dowels and fasten it in place with four cam locks (BB) 11 Attach the back □ □ □ Engage eight cam locks (BB) on the small backs (K) to connect the side panel (B and C) and partition (D). Pick up the upper back (L) and align the drilled holes against the upper long edge with the pilot holes on the top (A). Attach the back panel (L) in place using the provided pan head screws (GG).
Assembly (continued) 13 Stick the cam lock cover □ Plug the cam lock covers (II) onto the visible cam locks to conceal the cams. 14 □ Install the tipping restraint hardware We have included two sets of tipping restraint hardware for this unit. You must install this hardware to prevent accidents or injuries that can result from the unit falling. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing.
Maintenance □ To clean and care for your furniture: □ Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting. □ Use of furniture polishes is not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes, test first in an inconspicuous area. □ Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish. □ Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish. □ Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots. □ Liquid spills should be removed immediately.
