Planning Information Wine Storage Model 315W I N S TA L L AT I O N N OT E S Refer to the illustrations and specifications for overall dimensions, finished rough opening dimensions and installation specifics. The Wine Storage unit must be installed to open a minimum of 90˚ or you will have problems pulling the shelves out. For corner installations, you need allow for a minimum 3" (76) filler so the door can open to 90˚.

Planning Information Wine Storage Model 315W I N T E G R AT I N G C A B I N E T RY Unless you are installing a stainless steel unit, you will need to provide a door panel frame, where wine will be seen from the outside. If you order a stainless steel unit, the Model 315W will be shipped with the panel and hardware installed and you will merely install the Sub-Zero. A solid panel must not be installed on a glass door unit, as this may cause moisture to form behind the panel.

Planning Information Wine Storage Model 315W O V E R L AY PA N E L S The door frame of the unit has pre-drilled holes for our optional handle hardware. Refer to Hardware Considerations on page 8 for specifics about installing handle hardware on this overlay application. IMPORTANT NOTE: Model 315W is not available with a solid door. A solid panel must not be installed on a glass door unit, as this may cause moisture to form behind the panel.

Planning Information Wine Storage Model 315W H A R DWA R E C O N S I D E R AT I O N S When planning for hardware, please refer to the Door Frame Profile full-scale illustration on the following page to give you a better understanding of the unit's frame and positioning of the glass for the door. You must not drill through the glass. It is recommended you use our optional handles and use the pre-drilled holes supplied to locate the handles within the frame of our unit.
