IGNITION COIL
• Adjust the air gap between the ignition coil and flywheel using
a thickness gauge and tighten bolts.
THICKNESS GAUGE IGNITION COIL
WIRE
• Replace the ignition coil if the actual resistance value greatly
differs from the rated value. (Ω ± 20% when 20˚C)

CHARGE COIL
• Measure the resistance between the wires (

).
• Replace the charge coil if the actual resistance value differs
from the rated value. (Ω ± 20% when 20˚C)
Measure the resistance between the wires and core.
