Limited Warranty Terms and Disclaimer
From the date of purchase, consumers enjoy a limited 1-year free warranty service.If
you discover a product problem during use, please contact your local dealer or
authorized after-sales service center for a solution in time.During the warranty
period, consumers shall bear the one-way shipping cost of sending the product to
the repair center.After the warranty expires, we provide repair service for a fee.
The free warranty service does not apply to any of the following conditions:
The company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, inevitable, or
incidental economic losses (such as the loss of physical products of third-parties,
data, or other personal tangible and physical assets) incurred by consumers during
their use of the product.
Sublue does not have any association with smartphone manufacturers and,
therefore, shall not be liable for any water penetration, damage, or other situations
that occur to users' smartphones during use.
By using this product, you are deemed to have accepted the content herein.
Wear from normal use or man-made damage;
Products purchased through non-official channels;
Damage caused by the use of this product beyond its specific usage conditions
or due to a failure to follow the usage, maintenance, and care requirements in
this Manual;
Repairs of products purchased in other regions;
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or use of
accessories other than original Sublue accessories;
Damage during shipment or installation;

Damage due to natural disasters and other force majeure events;
All tests on this product are performed in a laboratory. Therefore we shall not be
liable for any financial losses occurring due to its use in complex natural
