Laden
a) Siebe
- Vor dem Laden prüfen, ob sich kein Fremdkörper
im Behälter befindet.
- Siebe in unterer Stellung blockieren
- Niemals ohne Siebe arbeiten.
b) Inhaltsanzeiger gibt den Wert in Litern/Produkt
für beide Seiten an.
c) Laden
- Zum Reduzieren der Ladehöhe die
Schlepperkupplung so einstellen, daß der DPX
28
geneigt ist und auf seinen Stützen aufliegt.
Entleeren
- Nur bei Maschinenstillstand arbeiten.
- Streuscheiben abmontieren
- DPX in obere Position, in 40 cm Abstand vom
Boden bringen (Gerät horizontal), um die
Adrehprobe unter die Verteilung (d) platzieren zu
können.
- Dünger durch manuelles Verstellen des
Einstellhebels bzw. an den entsprechenden
Bowdenzügen einmal links, einmal rechts in dem
Eimer auffangen.
- Streuscheiben anheben, dabei auf die
Montageausrichtung achten.
- Streuscheiben wieder gut anziehen.
Chargement
a) Tamis
- Vérifier qu'il n'y ait pas de corps étranger dans la
trémie avant le chargement.
- Bloquer les tamis en position basse.
- Ne jamais travailler sans les tamis.
b) L'indicateur de capacité donne la valeur en litre
de produit pour les deux côtés.
c) Chargement
- Pour baisser la hauteur de chargement, régler
l’attelage du tracteur de manière à ce que le
DPX 28 soit incliné et repose sur ses béquilles.
Vidange
La machine doit être à l'arrêt.
- Démonter les disques d'épandage
- Positionner votre DPX haut de la poutre à 40 cm
du sol (appareil horizontal) afin de pouvoir placer
votre essai de débit sous la distribution (d).
- Récupérer l'engrais dans votre seau côté droit
puis gauche en agissant manuellement sur le
levier de réglage ou sur les téléflexibles
correspondants.
- Remonter vos disques en respectant le sens de
montage.
- Bien resserrer les disques.
Loading
a) Sifting screen
- Check that there are no foreign bodies in the
hopper before loading.
- Secure the sifting screen in the bottom position.
- Never use the spreader without the sifting
screens.
b) The capacity indicator gives the value in litres of
product for the two sides.
c) Loading
- To lower the loading height, adjust the tractor
hitch to tip the DPX 28 on to its parking
supports.
Emptying
- The machine must be switched off.
- Remove the spreading discs
- Position your DPX at the top of the beam 40 cm
above the ground (horizontal equipment) so that
your calibration test kit can be placed
underneath the metering device (d).
- Operate the setting lever or the relevant remote
control cables by hand to collect fertilizer in the
bucket, first on the RH side and then on the LH
side.
- Refit the spreading discs, making sure they are
the right way round.
- Retighten the discs fully.
