Warranty & Startup Requirements
For 50 years, Sullair has manufactured the highest quality compressed air solutions in the
industry. The Sullair brand is synonymous with reliability, durability, and performance, which is a
direct result of our commitment to supporting our products. Sullair compressors are covered by a
standard 1-YEAR Warranty. By having a Sullair Authorized Distributor service and maintain your
machine, your warranty is extended to 5-YEARS (outlined below).
Warranty Requirements:
1. To ensure maximum performance, Sullair requires that all rotary screw compressors go through the
specified start-up procedure performed by an authorized distributor. Contact your local distributor for

2. Your machine’s warranty registration will be completed by the authorized Sullair Distributor
performing the startup of your machine. Warranty coverage begins on the day of startup, which must
occur within 60 days of delivery. Failure to have an authorized Sullair Distributor startup your machine
will result in a voided warranty.
3. Warranty coverage is contingent on the use of Sullair fluids and parts, and maintaining the machine in
accordance with Sullair’s recommended intervals. The service and maintenance must be completed by an
Authorized Sullair Distributor.
4. Air end coverage includes all failures in material or workmanship excluding the shaft seal, inlet valve,
piping/tubing, spiral valve actuator, oil pump, and discharge check valve.
5. All Sullair rotary screw compressors are required to participate in the Sullair Oil Sampling Program. An
oil sample must be submitted every 2,000 hours or twice per year, whichever comes first. A missed
sample interval or 2 consecutive “bad samples” void the warranty.
TO ENSURE COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY COVERAGE, PLEASE DOCUMENT ALL ADHERENCE TO
THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
