Use two or more people to move and install the wine cellar. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury. To ensure proper ventilation for your appliance, the front of the unit must be completely unobstructed. Choose a well-ventilated area with temperatures above 60°F (16°C) and below 90°F (32°C). Operating Your Wine Cellar Setting the Temperature Control: You can adjust the temperature by pressing the ADJUST (SET) switch. Each press increases the temperature setting by 1° (either °F or °C). The temperature range is 45° to 65°F (7°C to 18°C). The default temperature is 45°F (7°C).
Care and Maintenance Cleaning your wine cellar: 1. Unplug the wine cellar and remove all items, including shelves and racks. 2. Wash the inside surfaces with a solution of warm water and baking soda. The solution should contain about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. 3. Wash the shelves and racks with a mild detergent solution. 4.
