Reason
Burner not glowing red after
selecting cooking zone
(approximately 3 seconds)
* Plug not inserted into an active socket
* Break in inner circuit
Burner glowing red intermittently
* The cooktop temperature is controlled by switching the
heat on and off. This means that it is not always
possible to see the burner glowing red. If you select a
low heat setting, the heat will switch off more often than
at higher heat settings. The heat also switches on and
off at the highest setting.
Heating plate broken
* Stop using the cooktop if there is a crack, chip or
missing piece.
Heating time longer than
expected
* Concavity of pot base is too great.
* Size of pot base is too big.
