Winding the line

1. Hook the line in the groove as shown in Fig.10.

2. Wind the line as shown in Fig. 11 and hook the two ends in

the side grooves.

3. Firmly place the cover on the spool and pull them approx.

3.5 inch (9 cm) out of the spool (Fig. 12).

4. Along the groove, slide the line into the hole in the spool

cover (Fig. 13).

5. Prepare to assemble the spool into the trimmer.

Assembling the spool

1. Insert the spring into the shroud and thread the spool into

the hole as shown in Fig. 14.
