Assembly Prior to Use

Before assembly, make sure that the tool is switched off and

unplugged.

1. Fitting the handle (Fig. 1)

a) Insert the motor housing into the handle, and make

sure the handle is securely locked-in.

2. Fitting the guard (Fig. 2 & Fig. 3)

a) Fix the safety guard to the trimmer head, making

sure the sides are located into the grooves on the

trimmer head.

Secure the safety guard onto the trimmer head with the

screw provided.

Preparing the Trimmer

For Use

1. Mains supply cable strain relief (Fig. 4)

In order to reduce strain on the cable inlet, form a loop and

hook the cable around the strain relief arm.

Operation

CAUTION: Always wear eye protection.

1. On/off switch (Fig. 5)

To switch on the trimmer, press and hold the trigger. Release

the trigger to stop.
