1. Can it boil water, and how long does it take?
Take iron pan as an example, it only takes 5 mins to boil 1000ml water and the heating rate will be different based on the different material and
thickness of the pots.
2. Will it heat oil for frying fish or chicken?
Yes, the Max temperature of the infrared burner can reach 700℃, can be used for frying sh or chicken.
3. Can it be used for heat preservation?
Yes, there are 6 levels and it is recommended to use the rst or second level for better insulation.
4. Problem about overheat protection and auto shutdown?
In order to extend the service life of infrared burner, we have designed the overheat protection function. So when the water boils, the indicator light goes
out after 1-3 minute, at the same time, the overheat protection function will be turned on. The indicator light will be on after about 1-3 minute, the overheat
protection function will be turned off, and heating will be continued.

1. Is it saving on electricity?
SUNAVO infrared burner adopts far-infrared energy assembly technique, to achieve vertical heat conduction and even heating. The heating efciency
of 900W(EU:1200W) electric infrared burner equals to 1200W(EU:1500W) ordinary hot plate. It can minimize heat loss, and save energy.
2. Is there any noise?
There is no noise when you use the infrared burner.
3. Does the infrared shut off automatically when pan or pot is removed?
The infrared can't shut off automatically when pan or pot is removed.
In order to extend the service life of infrared burner, we recommend that you close it manually when you are not using the infrared burner.
4. What kind of surface is recommended for the infrared burner? Does it get hot on the
base and surface?

Steak Pan, Non-stick Pan, Ceramic Cookware, Copper Pot, Glass Cookware and Aluminum Pot.
2. What size of pot is it suitable for?4-8in/10.16-20.32cm
This infrared burner is suitable for the pots(Bottom) with a maximum size of 8in（20cm） and it is recommended to use a 4-8in（10-20cm） pot.
3. I worry about my pan sliding off that smooth surface .
In order to avoid the pan sliding off, we suggest that place the appliance on a at, rm and heat-resistant surface, and use it in a well-ventilated area.
4. Does the pot on the illustrating picture come with it?
