Sunbeam’s Sunbeam’sSafety Safety Precautions Precautions SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR SUNBEAM HAIRDRYER • This hairdryer must not come into contact with water or any other liquid. • Always switch off your hairdryer at the power outlet and remove the plug when not in use. • Do not store your hairdryer near tubs, basins, baths or other vessels containing water or any other liquid.
Sunbeam’s Safety Precautions continued • Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. • Do not use an appliance for any purpose other than its intended use. • Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas flame, electric element or on a heated oven. Do not place on top of any other appliance. • Do not let the power cord of an appliance hang over the edge of a table or bench top or touch any hot surface.

Using your 1600W Power Travel Dryer Before using your 1600W Power Travel Dryer • Squeeze excess moisture from your hair and towel dry. • Comb hair free of tangles using a wide toothed comb. • Apply your favourite styling product. • Using your hairdryer • Fold the handle down away from the barrel until it clicks into the open position. • Use a pen to select the appropriate setting on the voltage switch. • Insert the plug into a power outlet and turn the power on. • Select the desired heat / speed setting.
Care and Cleaning • Turn your hairdryer off after use. Always turn the power off and remove the plug before cleaning. • Do not immerse the hairdryer in water or any other liquid. • To clean the exterior, simply wipe over with a dampened cloth and wipe dry. • Do not wind the power cord around the hairdryer as this may cause strain and damage the wiring. • The hairdryer handle can be folded for easy storage or to save space in a suitcase or sports bag.
