Usage Instructions Before First Use Before using your ReversaGrill for the first time, remove all packaging and promotional materials from the cooking plate, drip tray, base, control probe and cleaning spatula. Using your ReversaGrill 1. Place on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface. With the control probe detached, wash the cooking plate, drip tray and base with warm soapy water using a mild household detergent. 3. Plug the cord into a 230-240 volt AC power outlet and turn the power ON.
Temperature Setting Guide Cooking Guide The settings on the dial represent the following temperatures approximately. Pre-heat your grill on MAX setting then change to your desired setting.
