HOW TO USE YOUR NEW SUNBEAM HEATSOFT MIXMASTER® SOFTENING BUTTER MIXING INGREDIENTS 1 Cut the cold butter into approximately 2.5cm cubes and place them into a mixing bowl with sugar. 2 Press the HeatSoft Button once, and then turn on the beaters. Butter will start softening while it is being mixed. Always start at a slow speed and gradually increase the speed until the butter is creamed. 4 Add in the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe and continue mixing.
