French Breads
Method
1. Place ingredients into bread pan in the
order listed. Wipe spills from the outside
of the pan.
2. Place the bread pan into the breadmaker
and close the lid.
3. Press the MENU button to program (6)
FRENCH.
4. Select CRUST Colour, Loaf SIZE and press
“START”.
Bread will be baked in the number of hours
indicated.
Do not use Time Delay Setting when baking the
Sourdough Bread as the ingredients will spoil.
Note: If using the (2) TURBO setting,
additional baking time may be required. If
so, simply
select (10) BAKE to continue baking.
