Before You Begin... • Consult your local authorities for any permits required to construct shed. Prior to the construction of your shed, check with the local building code official to review any required permits or building limitations. • A level and sturdy foundation is required before shed construction can begin. Site preparation information is available on pages 11-12. A foundation that differs from the suggestions within this manual could prevent proper assembly and may damage parts.
Care Instructions • Hot items, such as recently used grills, blowtorches, etc., must not be stored in the shed. • Heavy articles should not be leaned against the walls, as this may cause panel distortion and permanent damage. • Keep roof clean of snow and leaves. • The shed walls and roof sections have a textured exterior, much like vinyl home siding. Over time, dust may accumulate in the texture. When combined with moisture, this could encourage the growth of moss or mold on the shed.

Placing the shed on a properly constructed, square, flat and level foundation, as described below, is required. Once the screw pierces the plastic it will drive easier. Where parts are placed upside down, place on a smooth flat surface to avoid scratching finish. 6 With the two holes of the side bracket (I) facing the back corner where the right panel (C) and right back panel (D) join, attach the side bracket to right panel (C) with five screws (CC). Insert door latch (GG) into door latch housing. Push latch pin down so it is fully seated in latch housing. Push down with force until you hear a snap. Slide latch up and down to confirm it slides properly.
9 F Stand right door (F) upright and slide one door hinge (AA) onto each hinge mount. Rotate metal hinge plates to open position. Repeat for left door (G). Attach S-rail (M) using ten screws (CC). Attach truss leg (L) through pre-drilled holes, using ten screws (CC). FR: Alignez la patte de structure (L) avec le couvercle et baissez dans la bonne position. Fixez la patte de structure (L) en insérant dix vis (CC) dans les trous préperçés.
16 Install center hinge (OO) to lid panel (H) using two screws (CC). CC x2 H Note: Make sure center hinge is oriented correctly before installing. FR: Installez la charnière centrale (OO) dans le couvercle (H) avec deux vis (CC). Install one star locknut (II) onto the bolt (HH). Use a wrench to tighten locknut. 18 LL Repeat for the remaining hinge (KK), gas shock (LL) and locknut (II).
19 Install one screw (CC) into the hole near the bend of the right soft close hinge (KK) as shown. The screw holes are designed to be tight with the screws. Apply continuous pressure with a phillips screwdriver to get the screw started. Advance the screw until it starts to thread into the soft close hinge and the point of the screw exits the opposite side of the soft close hinge. KK CC NOTE: Do not fully install screws (CC) into the soft close hinge at this time.

Repeat Steps 20 & 21 to install the left hinge to the lid panel (H).
23 Insert bolt (HH) into lower hinge (KK). On outer side of lower hinge (KK), install a second nut (II) onto bolt. FR: Insérez le boulon (HH) dans la charnière inférieure (KK). 27 Install a door handle (RR) to left door panel (G) and secure using two washers (QQ) and two screws (PP). Repeat for the right door panel (F).
