Place window gasket (B) into `ÀÊV >i]ÊÌ iÊ«>ViÊÜ`ÜÊ ®°Ê ÕÌÊiÝViÃÃÊ}>ÃiÌÊ length. Through backside of door, secure layers with thirteen screws (LL)—start with four corner screws and Ì iÊwà ÊÜÌ ÊÀi>}ÊÃVÀiÜð DO NOT over tighten screws. Repeat on right door (M).

Truss Pre-Assembly Parts/hardware needed for truss pre-assembly are shown on pages 7-8. 6 Attach truss bracket (W) to end of one truss leg (Y) with 1" hex bolt (GG) and nut (HH). REPEAT WITH OTHER TRUSS LEG. Y 1 Note: Make sure side hole is at other end, as shown in step 8. Y W x2 GG x2 2 3 x2 HH 7 Y Attach truss cross beam (Z) to two truss legs (Y) using two hex bolts (FF) and two nuts (HH). Stand truss and check cross beam is level.
Truss Pre-Assembly (continued) 8 Place side adaptor bracket (BB) at end of left truss leg (Y). Secure adaptor bracket with one 2" hex bolt (FF) and one nut (HH). Y Note: DO NOT over tighten side adaptor bracket (BB) onto end of truss leg (Y). Roof panels will assemble to truss legs (Y) in later step. After shed assembly is completed, check that all hardware is securely fastened. 1 BB HH FF 3 2 1 9 Place side adaptor bracket (BB) at end of right truss leg (Y).

Note: Need to use a rubber mallet. 10 Critical: When installing corners, flex corner hinges back and forth several times. This will help provide a square corner and ensure proper fit of remaining panels. Important: DO NOT flex in reverse position, as this can crack the panel.
- i`Ê ÃÃiLÞÉ7>ÃÊVÌÕi`® 11 12 x4 LL D C 1 A 1 A 2 2 Push front floor (A) and rear floor (C) panels together and secure with four screws (LL). Align tab on bottom right side of left front corner (D) with slot on front floor (A). Lower panel into slot and lock in place by sliding panel toward door opening. Note: Refer to pages 9 and 10 to secure floors to foundation. Note: Use a rubber mallet to “push” left front corner (D) into locked position.

Lower panel into slots and lock in place by sliding panel toward front corner. Note: Use a rubber mallet to “push” side panel (E) into locked position.

Note: Use a rubber mallet to “push” left back corner (F) into locked position. 20 21 3 Before proceeding, make sure corner is square (top view) where it meets the floor and that panel is flush (side view) with floor.

Tip right back corner (H) back to vertical position and align lower tabs on right side with slots in floor. 28 Before proceeding, make sure corner is square (top view) where it meets the floor and that panel is flush (side view) with floor. If not, repeat Steps 25–27 until square and flush.

Locate three underside tabs contained within each channel. Before proceeding, locate and identify the six front header tabs and six rear header tabs.

With right roof channel seated over/on header tabs, pull right roof downward at each header tab until roof snaps in place. Pull down each lower corner of roof from outside.
- i`Ê ÃÃiLÞÉ,vÊVÌÕi`® 48 49 To lock right roof panels (O) in place, the top and middle roof connectors (X) slide up and the bottom roof connector (X) slides down. F H ;VW 4PKKSL )V[[VT LL x4 3 1 2 1 Pull down each lower corner of roof from outside. From inside shed, attach tabs on back corner (H) and side panel (E) roof panel with four screws (LL).

From inside shed, attach tabs on side panel (E) and front left corner (D) to roof panel with three screws (LL). Lay left roof (Q) directly over the three tabs on right side of front header (K). With left roof channel seated over/ on header tabs, pull roof downward at each header tab until roof snaps in place.
- i`Ê ÃÃiLÞÉ,vÊVÌÕi`® 56 57 To lock in left roof panels (Q) in place, the bottom roof connector (X) slides down and the top and middle roof connectors (X) slide up. Note: For clarity, illustration is shown with front header, right front corner removed.
