User's Manual
1. Date and time information is held on both handset and base.
2. If the base loses its power, any available handset with the
latest time will update the base clock when the base power
comes back on.
3. If the handset loses its power and the date and time
information is reset, once it has power and is linked to the
base - the base will update the handset clock.
4. The time and date is transferred to the handsets as part of
the registration protocol.
5. All handset in range clock is updated whenever an incoming
CLI call is received.
6. The user can manually set the time and date if they do not
subscribe to CLI via Clock & Alarm menu on one of the
handsets.
The time and date on any other handsets is updated the next
time the handset is in communication with the base.
7. Time Format menu can be hidden in EEPROM.
8. The time format setting is personal to each handset.
9. The time and date is also used for the answering machine
functionality.
10. Alarm setting is personal to each handset.
11 . When the alarm is set, the alarm set icon is presented on the
dashboard on the idle screen (see screen T25).
12 . The base does not ring when the alarm goes off.
