Caller ID
Problem & Solution
Caller ID “Incomplete Data” message
• The unit displays this message if it detects anything other than valid Caller ID
information.
• Are you subscribed to Suncorp’s Caller ID service?
Hearing aid noise
Please note that the WDCT45-A2 works by sending radio signals between the
base and handset. These signals may interfere with some hearing aids,
causing a humming noise.
