Instructions / Assembly

• To avoid battery drain, always disconnect the inverter when not in use.
• Do not expose the Pure Sine Wave Inverter to rain, snow, spray or bilge water. To
reduce risk of a fire hazard do not cover or obstruct the ventilation openings. Do not install the
inverter in a zero clearance compartment. Overheating may result.
• Avoid placing the inverter near sources of heat or in direct sunlight.
• Use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer. Doing otherwise may result in a risk of
fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
• To avoid a risk of fire and electric shock, make sure that existing wiring is in good condition and
that it is not undersized. Do not operate the inverter with damaged or substandard wiring. Do
not operate the inverter if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
• Do not disassemble the inverter, not only will you void the warranty, but you may risk personal
injury from electrical shock or fire. Internal capacitors remain charged after all power is
disconnected.
• To reduce risk of injury, disconnect both AC and DC power from the inverter before attempting
any maintenance or cleaning. Turning off controls will not reduce this risk.
• Do not over tighten the nut on the DC input terminals. Damage to the DC input terminals
may result.
• Terminal posts at the rear get hot and burn skin, use caution when removing wires after a large
load has been applied

Solution
Low or No Output Voltage
Poor contact with battery terminals
Poor battery condition
Incorrectly testing output voltage
Check connections between inverter and
power source,
tighten or repair as needed.
Recharge or replace power source as
needed
Red LED Indicator On
Battery voltage below 10 V
Equipment being run has a higher
draw than inverter is capable
Recharge or replace power source as
needed
Reduce load on the inverter or use a higher
capacity inverter
