Always keep children away from the product.
CAREFUL! Never leave children
unattended! The awning is not
intended for climbing and playing!
Make sure that people, especially
children, do not pull themselves up on
the awning. The awning may fall to the
ground. Injury and/or material damage
may result.
Always have three people available for
mounting the awning.
The awning is heavy. You absolutely
need three people to install the awning
into the hooks on the wall.
Don’t try to install the awning on your
own. If the awning falls to the ground it
may be damaged and cause serious
injury.
RISK OF INJURY! Keep children away
from the working area during the
installation and the adjustments.
Check the load-bearing capacity of the
mounting surface before beginning the
installation and, if necessary, take
appropriate precautions to ensure that
the brackets are securely fastened.
When the awning is extended, all kinds
of forces, which come from wind or rain,
have an impact on the awning. These
forces that may be significant must be
absorbed by the awning and transferred
to the mounting level via the mounting
brackets. At extreme loads, high tensile
forces may occur on the fastening bolts.
Make sure that there are no persons or
obstacles in the extension and retraction
area of the awning! Otherwise injury and
damage may result.
When extending and retracting the
awning, do not reach into moving parts.
Otherwise injury may result.
Retract the awning in case of
- Wind
- Rain (forming of water pockets)
- Snow (snow load)
- Absence
- Thunderstorm (strong wind
gusts, heavy rain)
- Freezing temperatures (fabric
may freeze and get stuck).
Operating the awning under the
influence of winter weather conditions
may cause damage. The awning may be
damaged if it is operated under freezing
temperatures.
At wind speeds higher than class 2
(38 km/h), the awning should be
retracted immediately.
The awning may be damaged if it is
operated violently!
Check the awning for damage every time
before using it. Never use the awning if
you have found any kind of damage.
Contact the service center In the event of
damage, repairs or other problems with
the awning.
Make sure that the fabric of the awning is
always rolled up properly. Otherwise the
fabric may be damaged.
The crank gear of the awning has no
stop to limit the rotation of the fabric roller.
Make sure that the fabric is taut.
Keep an eye on all equipment under
operation if you are controlling several
awnings at the same time. Otherwise
one of them may get out of control and
cause injury and/or damage.
Don’t install the awning while there is
frost and snow, if possible. Otherwise the
awning may be damaged.
