Assembly preparation Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials and place them back in the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is complete. Read each step carefully before beginning assembly and make sure you understand each step. Assembly instructions 2 (A) x 4 JJ BB (B) x 8 BB JJ D A (C) x 8 JJ BB BB JJ (AA) x 16 (BB) x 48 C BB AA BB AA (JJ) x 32 B Connect the Fences (C) and the Stake Connectors (B) to the four Poles (A) on one side and to the Fence Poles (D M6x25 Screws (JJ) and four M6 Flat Washers (BB) on the upper portion of the Fence, and two M6x15 Screws (AA) and two M6 Flat Washers (BB) on the lower portion. The Fences (C) can be installed in whatever orientation the user prefers.
Assembly instructions 4 (G) x 4 F F1 E E1 (H) x 4 (AA) x 16 (BB) x 16 AA F1/E1 BB AA BB F/E H/G H/G Attach the Short Netting Tubes (H) to Short Bars 1 and 2 (F and F1), and fasten with two M6x15 Screws (AA) and two M6 Flat Washers (BB). Follow the same procedure to attach the Long Netting Tubes (G) to Long Bars 1 and 2 (E and E1).
Assembly instructions 6 (K) x 4 (K1) x 4 CC BB K (BB) x 4 K1 (CC) x 4 Insert the Short Top Bars (K1) into the Long Top Bars (K), and fasten with one M6x15 Screw (CC) and one M6 Flat Washer (BB) for each one of the top bar connections. 7 (I1) x 2 L (I2) x 2 (L) x 1 K P I2 I1 K Insert the Long Top Bars (K) and Top Bars 1 and 2 (I1 and I2) into the Large Top Connector (L), alternating the bars as shown in the illustration above.
Assembly instructions 8 (BB) x 8 (EE) x 4 (FF) x 4 K1 FF BB BB EE F1 E A Insert the Short Top Bars (K1) into the U-shaped plates located in the upper part of the Poles (A), securing each of the Short Top Bars (K1) with one M6x40 Screw (EE), one M6 Nut (FF) and two M6 Flat Washers (BB). Note: This step should be performed together with step 7.
Assembly instructions 0 (M) x 1 M N (N) x 4 N N Insert the Small Top Bars (N) into the Small Top Connector (M). N (Q) x 1 BB FF (BB) x 4 EE K R (EE) x 4 (FF) x 4 Fasten the Small Top Bars (N) to the Long Top Bars (K), with one M6x40 Screw (EE), one M6 Nut (FF) and one M6 Flat Washer (BB) for each corner. Place the Small Canopy (Q) on the assembled small top. Lay out both Canopies (Q and R) completely at this point and tie them to the gazebo frame.
Assembly instructions F1/E1/F/E 12 (S) x 1 HH G/H GG (T) x 1 (GG) x 52 S T (HH) x 52 Attach the Small Plastic Rings (GG) to the Netting Tubes (G and H), and use the Rings (GG) to hang the Net (S). Then attach the Large Plastic Rings (HH) to the Short and Long Bars (F, F1, E, and E1), using the Rings (HH) to hang the Gazebo Wall (T).
Assembly instructions 15 Now your gazebo is ready for use. Enjoy! Cleaning and maintenance • Disassemble the gazebo in the reverse order of the assembly steps. Always disassemble the gazebo completely. A partially disassembled gazebo is not stable enough to resist wind and bad weather, and therefore can be damaged and/or cause damage. • Clean the gazebo with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly, and wait until the product is dry before reassembling it.
