1) Is the cable between the indoor unit and outdoor unit connected correctly?
2) Isn't the power cable and communication cable cross?

Correct the wrong cable.

Exchange the indoor unit PBA.

occurred again?
Terminate the service.

Exchange the outdoor unit PBA.
YES
Is the power is normal?
(check the LED Lamp)
Exchange the PBA of no power unit
