1) Check the Btu between indoor and outdoor unit
2) Check the indoor unit option and outdoor unit EEPROM data

Terminate the service

Exchange the Outdoor PBA
Exchange the Indoor PBA

Is the rated Btu between indoor
unit and outdoor unit?
Reset the opƟon code again at indoor unit
Exchange the one of them according to the exact
model spec
NO
Is the capacity miss match error
appeared again?
Download the EEPROM data
Terminate the service
NO
