· 确认纸仓盖正确关闭；
· 确认是否发生卡纸故障。
· 请检查纸卷是否放反；
· 请检查是否使用了错误的热敏打印纸卷。
打印内容模糊
· 请检查热敏头片是否脏污，如果脏污，请使用棉签蘸无水酒精进行擦拭；
· 请更换品质有保障的热敏纸，避免因为纸质引起的打印不清。
· 长按电源键11秒，进入断电关机，短按重新开机。

按电源键，屏幕点亮，进入首次开机界面，按提示操作即可。
本机可支持有线上网，Wi-Fi上网，4G上网（选配）。

Wi-Fi设置
· 点击【设置】按钮，然后开启WLAN，进入WLAN搜索界面，等待其搜索并列出可用的WLAN热点；

· 点击要连接的WLAN，若选择一个加密的网络，则需要输入访问密码方可连接。
以上软件详细信息查询方法：选择“设置->应用”，选择相应软件名称进行查看信息；
软件卸载方法：选择“设置->应用->管理应用->卸载”卸载应用；或长按图标，拖曳到垃圾桶卸载。
相关应用可在联网模式下，打开应用市场，浏览并下载应用即可完成安装。

· Make sure the cover of the paper compartment is closed properly；
· Check if a paper jam occurs.
· Check if the paper roll is reversed ；
· Check if the wrong thermal paper roll is used.
What to do if printing
content is blurred
· Check if the print head is dirty. If it is, wipe it with a cotton swab and
absolute alcohol.
· Use the thermal paper with guaranteed quality to avoid unclear printing
caused by poor paper.
· Press and hold the power button for 11 seconds, the machine will turn off.
Then, short press to restart.

Precautions
Safety warnings
· Please insert AC plug in the AC socket which input
voltage is the same with that labeled on the power
adapter;
· Do not use the product in any place with potential
explosive gases;
· Do not disassemble the power adapter unless you
are qualified;
· This is a Class A product. In actual living environment,
the product may cause radio jamming. In this case,
users need to take practical anti-jamming measures.
Battery replacement
· The built-in clock battery (non equipment-working
battery) can be normally used for three years.
· If you need to replace the batter , please contact
the after-sales for treatment.
Important safety instructions
· Avoid installation or use during lightening; otherwise
there is lighting danger;
· When you find abnormal smell, please cut off power
under too hot or smoky condition;
· The paper cutter is sharp. Please do not touch it.
Suggestion
· Avoid using the product nearby water or moisture environment
for long time;
· Avoid using the product in extreme cold or hot environment
such as fire source or lighted cigarettes;
· Do not toss, throw or bend the product;
· Try to use the product in the clean environment and prevent
small items from falling into the terminal;
· Without permission, do not use the product nearby any
medical facility.

The simple setting
If you need more help, please read the built-in Help APP.
A few steps to turn on the smart equipment for business.
Press the power button till the screen lights up which means you enter the first boot interface, then follow
the instructions. This machine supports the wired Internet access, Wi-Fi Internet access and 4G Internet
access (optional).

Set Wi-Fi
· Click the [Settings] button, then turn on the WLAN. The display will show WLAN search interface,
wait for it to search and list the available WLAN hotspots.

· Click on the WLAN you want to connect to. If you choose an encrypted network, you need to enter the
access password to connect.
If you want to know more detailed information about above APPs, just choose "Settings -> Application"
and click the corresponding software name.
If you want to uninstall an APP, choose “Settings -> Applications -> Manage Apps -> Uninstall” to
uninstall the app. Or you can touch and hold the app and drag it to the Dustbin.
In the application market, relevant applications can be founded, installed and downloaded with network connected.
