IMPORTANT CARE INFORMATION
• Fill the fountain with sufficient water to ensure the pump is fully submersed; never allow the fountain pump to run dry as this will cause
damage and invalidate the warranty.
• Clean and add water on a regular basis.
• Always shut off the power supply before cleaning and maintaining the fountain and recirculating pump.
• During freezing weather, drain the fountain, disconnect the pump and store indoors; allowing ice to form inside the fountain will damage
the fountain and invalidate the warranty.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Water is not flowing within several moments of the power supply being plugged in/turned on.
- Check to make sure the power outlet is working; if in doubt about electrical connections, consult a certified electrician.
- Check the pump and tubing for any form of obstructions.
- Check the flow control on the body of the pump as it may need to be adjusted to acquire the desired flow rate.
Water is flowing or circulating slowly.
- Ensure that the pump is fully submersed and add water to the basin if necessary.

There is an abnormal sound when plugging in the pump.
- Unplug the power supply for a few moments and plug it back in; the pump may have air bubbles in the filter which can prevent water
from circulating properly.
- Ensure that the pump is fully submersed; the fountain may need additional water once it has begun circulating through the fountain.
Over time, the paint finish will gradually mellow in color, this is part of the natural aging process. 02/2019

• Connect the tubing that is built into the fountain to the recirculating
pump (A). Ensure the pump adapter is firmly secured inside the
tubing and the pump. (fig. 1)**
• Run the pump power cord through the opening in the back
of the fountain. (fig. 2)
• Fill the fountain with sufficient water to fully submerse
the pump.
• Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. (fig. 3)

Assemble components of this fountain on a smooth, clean surface
to avoid scratching or damaging the finish.

If you purchased the Solar or Solar-on-Demand wall fountain, attach the pump
from the solar panel kit and run the cable(s) through the opening in the back of
the fountain; read and follow the instructions included with the solar panel kit for
operation and care of the solar pump kit.
