Assembly Instructions (cont.)
Step 1:
Separate screen sections, placing Screen with Bolt Spacers
(A1-A2) (Figure 1) side by side with bolt holes overlapping and
the Bolt Spacers facing opposite each other (Figure 2).
Step 2:
Insert Screen Bolts (D) into each of the two outer holes of the
aligned sections (Figure 3) and LOOSELY secure with nuts.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY AT THIS POINT
(Over tightening will make aligning middle holes difcult).
Align middle holes of screens (quantity depends on model size),
insert bolts and fasten with nuts.
NOTE: light force may be required to align middle holes of
screens so the bolts can be properly inserted.
Step 3:
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for two remaining sections of Screen with
Bolt Hole (B1-B2).
Step 4:
Tighten all Screen Bolts and Nuts of both completed screen
sections with screwdriver and wrench (Figure 4).
As with any outdoor steel product, periodic maintenance is re-
quired to return painted steel surfaces to original appearance.
Remove any rust with sandpaper or steel brush and repaint
with grill paint suitable for high-temperature surfaces. Follow
manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 5:
Align completed screen halves so the Bolt Spacers of Screen A
are aligned with Bolt Holes of Screen B. (Figures 5 & 6).
Step 6:
Connect screen halves together by inserting a Hinge Bolt (C)
through each screen side and fasten with nuts. (Figure 6).
Securely fasten hardware with wrench (Figure 7).
NOTE: there will be space between the two screen halves to
provide adequate folding clearance.
