Se troppo grande può scendere fino a coprire gli occhi oppure girare lateralmente durante la guida impedendo così una corretta visibilità.

Il fissaggio del bottone di sgancio non garantisce che il casco sia stato indossato ed allacciato correttamente: il corretto serraggio del cinturino deve essere verificato esclusivamente per mezzo delle operazioni descritte nei paragrafi precedenti.

Nel caso la rimozione sia difficoltosa è possibile utilizzare un attrezzo (p.es un cacciavite) e fare leva sulla calotta.

Rimozione Sganciare i bottoni automatici (B) e rimuovere la calottina interna (A).

Inserire (X) il cinturino (B) nel foro di passaggio (C) all’interno del guanciale. Appoggiare la parte posteriore del guanciale alla parte fissa del rivestimento interno avendo cura che la linguetta di fissaggio (D) sia correttamente inserita nell’apposito alloggiamento (E).

La presenza di sporco e/o di graffi profondi sulla superficie della visiera può essere causa di riflessi di luce anomali o aberrazioni, che diminuiscono la sicurezza di guida. Sostituire immediatamente la visiera nel caso si riscontrino tali difetti.

A montaggio completato controllare che la visiera sia saldamente vincolata al casco, che ruoti liberamente e che si blocchi correttamente nelle posizioni di fermo.

If it is too big it may slide down over the eyes or turn in a lateral direction due to movement during riding, thus blocking visibility.

The use of non original components and/or accessories make the warranty void (see warranty conditions on page 31) and can affect the safety requirements.

Fixing the release button does not assure that the helmet is correctly in position and properly fastened: the correct locking of the strap must be verified exclusively following the above paragraphs.

If it is difficult to remove, use a tool (for ex. a screwdriver) and lever on the shell.

If the visor is dirty and/or has bad scratches on the surface there could be unusual light reflections or deviations, which may jeopardize safety. Then fit the visor and adjust as indicated in the above paragraphs. After fitting the mechanism verify that the visor is tightly fixed to the helmet, that it rotates freely and that it locks correctly into the locking positions.

L'enclenchement du bouton-pression ne garantit pas le positionnement et la fixation correcte du casque : le serrage correct de la sangle ne doit être contrôlé qu'en suivant uniquement les opérations décrites dans les paragraphes suivants.

Dans le cas où me démontage s’avérerait difficile, il est possible d’utiliser un outil (un tournevis par exemple) en faisant levier sur la calotte.

Tirer le protège-joue vers la partie avant du casque jusqu'à l'extraction complète de la languette de fixation. Retirer la sangle du trou de passage à l’intérieur du protège-joue. Montage voir fig.

Vérifier que le revêtement est appliqué correctement sur la doublure, de façon à ce qu'il soit uniformément tendu sans formation de pliures. VISIÈRE La visière doit être nettoyée et contrôlée périodiquement.

50-65 Libretto TEC APEX 07/2010 DE:Layout 1 DE 28-07-2010 18:39 Pagina 52 ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE Um einen angemessenen Schutz zu bieten, muss der APEX-Helm perfekt sitzen und fest angezogen werden, sodass er weder durch Ziehen, noch durch Drehen vom Kopf abgezogen werden kann (s. Abbildung 1). Ein zu großer Helm kann bei der Fahrt nach vorne rutschen und die Augen verdecken oder sich seitlich verdrehen und das Sichtfeld einschränken.

Setzen Sie das Visier zum Trocknen keiner Wärmequelle aus. Verwenden Sie keine Spezialreiniger (Fertiglösungen, Cremes usw.), auch wenn diese Angaben wie “Speziell für Visiere” enthalten. Davon ausgenommen sind Reinigungsmittel, die direkt von Suomy vertrieben werden.

Die Befestigung der Lasche mit dem Druckknopf garantiert nicht, dass der Helm richtig sitzt und der Kinnriemen ausreichend fest angezogen wurde. Der korrekte Sitz des Kinnriemens kann nur mit den oben beschriebenen Handgriffen überprüft werden.

Für die Entfernung den Spoiler an einer Seite anheben (X) und dann kräftig nach oben ziehen. Wenn sich der Spoiler auf diese Weise nicht entfernen lässt, kann er mit einem Werkzeug (z. B. Schraubenzieher) an einer Kante angehoben werden.

Der Spoiler haftet zwar sofort an dem Klebeband, die maximale Haftwirkung wird aber erst nach 24 Stunden erreicht. Benutzen Sie den Helm in dieser Zeit nicht. INNENPOLSTER Die Innenpolster können zum Waschen und/oder Austausch einfach entfernt werden.
