Negligence and normal wear of external and internal parts.•

Any damage caused by an accident.•

Any changes or modiﬁcations made to the helmet or the system by the •

user or third parties.

Variations in colour or damage caused by exposure to harmful chemical •

products.

The use of incompatible accessories that are not part of the SCS product •

range.

The warranty also does not cover defects of the product deriving from •

fortuitous events, modiﬁcations or adaptations, causes of force majeure

or damage deriving from contact with liquids.

The internal parts of the helmet are not and cannot be waterproofed and •

any improper exposure to rain, moisture, spilt food or other liquids may

damage the electronic devices of the SCS kit, in which case Suomy®

cannot be held liable for any such damage.

This warranty does not include those parts subject to wear and tear such •

as the rechargeable battery and the cables connecting the different parts

of the SCS kit.

Given that Suomy® does not itself provide the mobile phone system used •

by mobile phones, Suomy® cannot be held liable for the functioning,

availability, coverage, services or range of the said system.

When the system is used together with accessories or equipment not •

provided by Suomy®, Suomy® cannot guarantee the correct functioning

of the association of the product/peripheral, nor will it accept claims

for repair or replacement under guarantee if the product is used in such

a way.

Suomy® is not responsible if the product reveals limited function due to •

the operating system of mobile phones or other accessories or equipment

not provided by Suomy®.

Tampering with the internal electronic board or other parts of the SCS kit •

will invalidate the warranty.

This warranty does not cover the speciﬁc subjective situations arising •

from dynamic use of the helmet, such as problems of comfort whilst

driving, aerodynamic hissing or background noise.
