For grounding purposes, make sure your computer chassis provides excellent •

conductivity between the power supply, the case, the mounting fasteners and

the serverboard.

4-4 Operating Precautions

Care must be taken to assure that the chassis cover is in place when the 1042G-TF

is operating to assure proper cooling. Out of warranty damage to the system can

occur if this practice is not strictly followed.

Please handle used batteries carefully. Do not damage the battery in any

way; a damaged battery may release hazardous materials into the envi-

ronment. Do not discard a used battery in the garbage or a public landﬁ ll.

Please comply with the regulations set up by your local hazardous waste

management agency to dispose of your used battery properly.
