LAN1/2 (Ethernet Ports)
Two gigabit Ethernet ports (designated
LAN1 and LAN2) are located beside
the VGA port on the I/O backplane.
These ports accept RJ45 type cables.
Serial Ports
One serial port is included on the
serverboard. The COM port is located
beside the VGA port. See the table on
the right for pin de nitions.
Note: NC indicates no connection.

SGPIO Header
An SGPIO (Serial General Purpose
Input/Output) header is included on
the serverboard. This header is used to
communicate with the System Monitor-
ing chip on the backplane to monitor
SATA activity. See the table on the right
for pin de nitions.
