Limited Warranty
Superior Building Supplies ., the provider of Superior Brick and Stone Panels, warrants that
this product is manufactured using quality materials and is of merchantable quality and
suitable for the purpose for which it was intended.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION
OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS.
Failure to follow Superior Building Supplies Storage and Installation Instructions will void
this limited warranty. Buyer and installer must inspect each piece prior to installation.
Buyer and installer waive all claims to defects, which could have been discovered by
reasonable inspection prior to installation. This includes misalignment, misfit parts,
dimensional discrepancies and the like. In the event that any claim is made under this
warranty, an authorized representative of Superior Building Supplies has the right to
inspect the parts and if, in his or her sole discretion, said representative determines the
parts to be defective, Superior Building Supplies will repair, replace or refund to it’s
distributor the amount paid to Superior Building Supplies for said defective parts.
Superior Building Supplies may choose to repair or if need be replace the defective parts
provided they are returned to Superior Building Supplies (1312 W McNab Rd, Fort
Lauderdale, FL. 33309).
The sole obligation of Superior Building Supplies under this warranty is to REPAIR,
REPLACE OR REFUND as described above. SUPERIOR BUILDING SUPPLIES SHALL HAVE
NO LIABILITY TO ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION WHATSOEVER FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES such as but not limited to labor, finishing cost, parts
damaged by freight carriers, freight charges, installation, lost profits, lost sales or the like.
NO PURCHASER MAY TAKE ANY DEDUCTION, CREDIT OR SETOFF AGAINST ANY AMOUNT
OWED SUPERIOR BUILDING SUPPLIES OR MAKE A CHARGEBACK WITHOUT EXPRESS
WRITTEN CONSENT OF SUPERIOR BUILDING SUPPLIES
