15 - YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
Orders Placed After 2/1/2016.
Superior Building Supplies hereby warrants its products and parts to be free of manufacturer defects.
Superior Building Supplies must be notified within 30 days of purchase that manufacture defect has been
found. Products are under warranty for a period of 15 years from date of purchase. Products finished in the
quick ship interior grade walnut finish, are designed for indoor installation only. Installing the interior finish
outdoors, voids the warranty. All other products have been finished with a U.V. inhibitor that is built into
the stain and can be installed either indoors or outdoors. The U.V. inhibitor is designed to preserve the
finish and prevent/slow fading. However, like all products that are outdoors, some fading can and will occur
over time. Superior Building Supplies does not warranty against normal sun fading.
Damage resulting from accident, use of product not approved by Superior Building Supplies shall not be
covered under warranty. Products are designed to be decorative and not structural.
When Superior Building Supplies has determined that a product is defective, it will replace the product(s)
or a credit may be offered instead of replacement at the discretion of Superior Building Supplies. Superior
Building Supplies total liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. Superior Building Supplies
shall have no liability to any person, firm or corporation whatsoever for incidental or consequential
damages such as but not limited to labor, finishing cost, parts damaged by freight carriers, freight charges,
installation, lost profits, lost sales, or the like.
This warranty expressly excludes the following:
 Damage from Shipping
 Damage from improper installation
 Improper Use
 Abuse - Pressure Cleaners
 Harmful Chemicals
 Mold & Mildew
 Falling objects
 Foreign objects
 Flood
 Distorting and warping from excess heat
 Animal
 Lighting, Hurricane, Tornado, windstorm, earthquake, or
other acts of god
