You can obtain service by calling your vendor for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Remove the power cord from the wall socket. 3. Use industry standard anti-static equipment (i.e. gloves or wrist strap) and/or an environment that prevents accidental electrostatic discharge. 4. A pop-up window will open, as shown below. 3. Click on the computer icon for the AOC-UINF-M2 add-on card. 4. Follow the prompts to install the Windows drivers for the AOC-UINF-M2 addon card. 5. To view the contents of the CD, click on the CD icon.
