Follow these steps to change your device and timing properties:
1. In the SAS2 BIOS Configuration Utility, select an SAS2 adapter from the ADAPTER
L
IST screen (see Figure 7-1).
The ADAPTER PROPERTIES screen appears (see Figure 7-2).
2. Select ADVANCED ADAPTER PROPERTIES.
The ADVANCED ADAPTER PROPERTIES screen appears (see Figure 7-14).
3. In the A
DVANCED ADAPTER PROPERTIES screen choose either ADVANCED DEVICE
P
ROPERTIES or ADAPTER TIMING PROPERTIES .
If you select A
DVANCED DEVICE PROPERTIES the ADVANCED DEVICE PROPERTIES
screen appears (Figure 7-15), whereas if you select A
DAPTER TIMING PROPERTIES
the A
DAPTER TIMING PROPERTIES screen appears (Figure 7-16).
