Onboard Power LED
An Onboard Power LED is located
at LED2 on the serverboard. When
this LED is on, the system is on. Be
sure to turn off the system and unplug
the power cord before removing or
installing components. See the tables
at right for more information.

SATA 3.0 Ports
There are ten SATA 3.0 (I-SATA 0-5
& S-SATA0-3) on the serverboard.
I-SATA ports are supported by the
Intel PCH C612, and S-SATA ports
are supported by the Intel SCU chip.
These SATA ports provide serial-link
signal connections, which are faster
than the connections of Parallel ATA.

defi nitions.
