Interrupt 19 Capture
Interrupt 19 is the software interrupt that handles the boot disk function. When this
item is set to Enabled, the ROM BIOS of the host adaptors will "capture" Interrupt 19
at bootup and allow the drives that are attached to these host adaptors to function as
bootable disks. If this item is set to Disabled, the ROM BIOS of the host adaptors will
not capture Interrupt 19, and the drives attached to these adaptors will not function
as bootable devices. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
Retry Boot
Select Enabled to force the system to reboot when system fails to boot. The options
are Disabled and Enabled.
Watch Dog Function
If enabled, the Watch Dog timer will allow the system to reboot when it is
unresponsive for more than 5 minutes. The default is unchecked (Off).
Power Button Function
This feature controls how the system shuts down when the power button is pressed.
Select 4 Seconds Override for the user to power off the system after pressing and
holding the power button for 4 seconds or longer. Select Instant Off to instantly
power off the system as soon as the user presses the power button. The options
are Instant Off, and 4 Seconds Override.
Restore on AC Power Loss
Use this feature to set the power state after a power outage. Select Power-Off for
the system power to remain off after a power loss. Select Power-On for the system
power to be turned on after a power loss. Select Last State to allow the system
to resume its last power state before a power loss. The options are Last State,
Power On, Stay Off.
CSM Support
This option enables the Compatibility Support Module (CSM) which permits the
loading of a traditional OS or the use of a traditional OpROMs. The options are
Enabled and Disabled.
EUP Support
EuP, or Energy Using Product is a European energy-saving speci cation that sets
a standard on the maximum total power consumption on electrical products. Select
Enabled to activate EUP support, select Disabled for normal S5 sleep mode (system
wakeup capability).
